Condition: Bios problem, needs to be reset to post after every power cycle. Otherwise good condition. Please read below

Description of problem: motherboard will not turn on if the cmos isn’t cleared after every power cycle. For me i left the battery out and after my wife was done on the computer she would shut down the computer and turn off the power button on the power supply and of course turn it on when she wanted to use it again. One extra step.
