Decided to make a dryer from some old pc parts I had lying around and a storage container(when my wife gets home and sees all the stuff that was in the container lying in the lounge, i'm in big kak) ....all I had to buy was 4 dowels(and bought the wrong ones)....and the hooks and some dry wors and biltong....our spar sells ready to hang wors and silverside and the hooks, and the dowels so it was a bonus (y) I drilled 20mm holes with a spade bit but the dowels were 16mm so that is my first problem....then the Big Jim storage box is a bit low so I won't have nice long pieces of biltong or dry wors but I was working with stuff I found in the garage....

Not sure about the amount of air flow but I have 1 x 120mm fan drawing air in and a 80mm fan sucking air out and another 140mm rectangular opening with a piece of mesh on...there are gaps between the dowels and the holes but I will buy a 20mm dowel as I'm afraid the fly's might go in through that opening...although I think the air pressure might stop them? I used an old mining trick to start the pc psu (connecting the black and green wire)

I read the light gave the biltong a funny taste? I will try with and without and see if there is a difference (y)
