This is an outstanding monitor for photography. It has an S-PVA panel which is far superior to TN panel. True 24-bit colour. The colours do not shift when you view it off-angle. I've used Apple's cinema display, and the Dell Ultrasharp 24" IPS display, and can say that this is just as good, if not better.
The monitor is very full features with many inputs, acting as a powered USB hub, with adjustable height - it can go very high, and has a rotation feature.
