So is that seriously all we get? 10 servers? That, from what I can tell serve 320 people? That seems like a real half-arsed effort on the part of EA/DICE (completely ignoring the fact that it took them this long to implement even that). Kind of disappointed that I went and bought the game yesterday purely for this. Would much rather play something else than wait in a queue forever...

Again I'm not an fps gamer but I picked up tf2 easily enough to the point where I'm now almost average, I don't want to buy this and I'm too pleb in it to enjoy it. Don't EA/Dice always find a way to disappoint us? Really happy that we got the servers but not enough. There is nearly as many people in que as playing. Sat in que for nearly 15 min and got a disconnect. Hopeful that we get another few servers and some other game modes.

Can you guys connect to EU? I deleted and reset filters but cannot join quickmatch or join back to basic servers.

Jip same this side. Sat in ques for so long and when I get in the match is over. Then played 2 games and got server disconnected and then it's the que storie all over again. But must say a 15ms ping is amazing. So hopefully they'll add more.

I'm sure they'll add more servers. They probably just having a trial run to see how busy the servers get.

I've waited about 10min last night where a mate had to wait 50min to get into a 64man conquest server.

I'm all for more servers but am kinda hoping they won't add too many. At least this way the servers are guaranteed to be packed [emoji23]

I seriously doubt you are but I think I'll bite anyway, payday is this friday after all. I was really enjoying tf2 but now I'm coming across a lot of aimbots so that game is just ruined for me. If theres a place for noobs like me in bf then I'll definitely sign up

You won't regret it bro. I played the bf3 story line and maybe an hour or 2 of bf4 but when the bf1 beta released I was so impressed I pre ordered it. Now every time I try play anything else I give in about 30 min later and start up bf1.

It's an incredible game and from being a noob in October to now I must say I have come a long way. Have plugged in more than 100hs and usually get about 30 kills a game[emoji1316]

I'm with Afrihost fibre with a ping of 4ms. But friends also on Afrihost have 20-40ms pings. How long have you been with webafrica? I've heard some bad stuff about them lately from a friend who was with them for some time.

I have been with them quite a while now. Ping is fine overall and fine with BF 4 servers. It`s just with BF1 that the local servers are above 100ms.

I've had crystal web for months now. I haven't destroyed a single router yet since I signed up with them. Give them a go.

Our clan leader is with Crystal web and he is moving away from them as he has a 100+ ping with the. Alot of people complained to them and they told him that it is a telkom issue, seriously... His overall ping is also fine, however just with BF1 it is above 100+ ping.

Can confirm im recently getting 300ms on Overwatch opposed to the 180 to 220ms i usually get with Webafrica. Just thought it was my screwed up line. Does anyone here know what is Vumatels roll out procedure?, We were probably one of the first to preorder with them yet the rest of the area has gone live already and ours has just been in limbo since last year October

Nope, it's so much better.

Is it really? I'm just seeing complaints about how some people's pings are bad and how they have to wait ages to get into games....seems no better than EU servers. Unless of course you do actually eventually manage to get in and have no routing issues with your connection causing EU level pings. That combo still seems kinda "meh" to me.

Most peoples pings I've seen was around 8ms - 40ms on the local servers. Just some unlucky okes here.

There is also an Operations server not listed above. Have it saved as a favourite.

From MWEB side I can confirm a ping of 30 - 50ms on a 4mb line.

As for waiting in the queue......so damn long but totally worth it. Just do something else while you queue.

Also 15min wait isn't bad, tried joining last night from 19:45 and got onto the Operations server at 21:00 just to shoot 1 guy and then the operation ended. Rush servers join quite fast. Conquest is a bit of a bitch to get on.

Sadly my Experience is Meh.

Snipping is allot better but so far Meh , One thing I can say is SA Players are allot better then there European counterparts.

SA players are a lot better and I'm having much more fun. Playing a scout and using any of the ranged scoped rifles feels fantastic.

Both crystal web and Web africa use IS as a backbone. I am not experiencing any high latency ever on crystal web. By far the most stable ISP I've ever used.
