Must fit these sockets:
LGA1150,1151,1155,1156,1366,2011,2011-3 or AMD sockets FM1/ FM1/ AM2/ AM3.

I have the intel bracket in perfect condition, but it does not have the white insulation plastic film that goes on brackets, if somehow someone has that film, then I would be happy to take that.

I still have the film but it doesn't have any glue on it since it was pulled off should work as normal, just won't stick to the bracket itself.

Use a dab of hotclue to secure the film that you have. Hotglue is non conductive last I recalled.

Are you looking for something like this -

Images 2-4 are to the original bracket and its damage. Also missing the one insulation clip on the bent arm, hence looking for another one.

Images 5-8 are the Intel brackets, Image 5 has the Intel bracket without the insulation film (this was in the box when I got from my friend, but don't think it came with the cooler originally), the Intel bracket on the right was in a box I had lying around. The threads on the Intel brackets fit the screws and I have those screws which you see in the pictures just holding the water block bracket.

But then there are screws that fit the bracket in image 2-4, which have a flat section on the screw head, which the bracket allows the screws to sit in.

So if I can't get a bracket that has a section for those screws, which I feel only Raidmax does for their coolers and isn't a universal procedure, then it's going to be hard to find a bracket.

Last 2 image shows the screws and the Instruction manual indicating the flat section
