We need your input here bud. Over the last year or so your response to other members on Carbonite has been...less than stellar. Since your Fallout build sale where the buyer didn't get the PipBoy included in the deal anywhere near in time for his intended purchase, your name has been popping up from a few members across a few threads now. This needs to stop. We understand that you are busy and that you have had a rough time with car accidents and stolen phones (or something along those lines), and you really do have our sincerest condolences in this regard, but you need to understand that when money changes hands, there's a massive responsibility to deliver on your promises and personal feelings and situations should be left at the door.

There's currently a few members who are actively looking for feedback from you, from people who are waiting for their purchased items to be shipped to a guy who's looking to get his laptop's screen up and running. These members have not yet (and miraculously none have in the past) given you negative iTraders for the way some of your deals seem to go, but that is going to change soon if you don't step up your game here.

Please man, you have been here a while and you should know how the community here works. This isn't Gumtree or OLX where we're impersonal and just move goods around - we have a sense of friendship between members here and we would like to keep it that way. If you don't play ball, then you won't be welcome here until you do.

As far as I know all items have shipped that were meant to? In terms of the laptop I did send [MENTION=29500]dash09[/MENTION] a message saying that I could get a replacement screen, but didn't hear anything back as to whether he would prefer that or a full refund. I do believe that I should be allowed to defend the fact that the monitor was in perfect working order when I shipped it, and in no way was the laptop In any condition other than stated when shipped. I am still happy to either refund or replace the monitor, even though shipping was taken at the purchasers risk. I will try to be more active on here till this is all sorted out.

I do apologize to [MENTION=29500]dash09[/MENTION] for the hassle in getting all sorted, the supplier used is local but not one of the big suppliers so dealing with getting a replacement monitor does take a bit longer than it normally would as they are brought in specifically when ordered. I have already placed an order for the replacement monitor and it should be here by next week.
 
Just FYI I have decided not to submit a negative itrader as yet, while the communication has been bad and he made a commitment to me which hasn't been fulfilled, he did mention a health issue which whether true or not I chose to accept and understand simply because if I was in that situation I would like patience from others. Since I am in no rush for my refund this hasn't been a serious issue for me, that won't last forever though. But yeah the lack of communication is a problem, I believe all issues can be resolved amicably in the end. I wont be muddying this thread, just wanted to put in my 2c, everything else relating to my issue will be discussed in my thread.
