Hey guys,
So I picked up a pair of the G633 headphones at RaGe expo. I am quite happy with them but the cable supplied is quite stubborn and it’s hard. Not nearly as nice as the braided cable used with your phone or mp3 player.
So I mailed Logitech and complained about the cable and why we (the first bunch of owners) got a crap cable and the later owners would receive a nice braided cable. This happened on Monday. A call was logged, I gave them my address and that was that. Today they delivered me a new cable...
This must be the best customer service I have ever received. They paid shipping, priority international shipping I might add and didn't ask any questions or anything. I don't even have to send the old cable back.
