The card runs perfectly in other systems. For some reason on my Z87m with an I7 4770k and 16GB ram i seem to be getting some throttling. The temps are normal when this happens. It will throttle causing the fps to run down to 1 fps for like 4 seconds then it'll go back to normal. Usually about 5 minutes apart. Tested it in two other systems and it runs as is should. Solution suggestions are welcome 🙂.
