Packaging: Unfortunately not, Will package in an anti-static bag and generic box/bubble wrap if shipping is required.
Condition: Great, recently cleaned and re-pasted, thermal pads still in excellent condition, runs warzone2 at 57 to 63 deg C, and has not given me a moment's grief.
I have heard these cards have an RGB fault, the lights all seem fine to me, but that's how I received it, not sure what they are supposed to look like, can send pics for reference.
