Item 1: ASUS Rampage 3 Extreme Motherboard
Age: ~2 years
Condition: Like new. Ran on air. 90% of that time at stock clocks. Sitting in box for last few months.
Warranty: Was a swap out, none that I'm aware.
Packaging: Yes, full original packaging and accessories also in great nic. See pics above for what's included.

Reason: Unused. And could really use the funds.

Further Description:
Including backplate, bluetooth module, alternative larger north-bridge heatsink, 3-way SLI bridge, crossfire connector, user guide, quick install guide, and FREE STICKER! The original board was bought on carb, it ran kinda hot, and eventually had to be RMA'd due to a BIOS problem. The replacement board (this board) was in immaculate condition, and ran much cooler than the original. And that's how I've kept it. Never a problem.

Item 2: Intel Xeon E5620 2.4Ghz 32nm CPU
Age: ~2.5 years
Warranty: None that I'm aware of. Neither should you be needing this unless you fancy mistreating your poor CPU's.
Packaging: No original packaging.
Condition: Great, as I received it. Ran at 3.8Ghz for a few weeks initially, then left at stock for most of the time since then.

Further Description:
Bought on carbonite. It runs cool. Never been abused. No overheating or excessive overvolting. Coming from 775 to this, even at 2.4Ghz it was a really snappy experience. PC was mostly used for media and very light gaming, that's why I chose to put it back to stock, to save some power since I wouldn't make use of the extra speed. Was under a Prolimatech Armageddon cooler for the time that I've owned it.

Warranty: Yes, all warranty stickers intact.
Packaging: Full original packaging, including brand new unused airflow fan.
Condition: Like new, always handled with extra care.
