[PIF] Asus P8H61 Pro mobo (broken) + 4GB DDR3 RAM (couldn't find so replaced) + i3 2100 CPU + CM TPC812 CPU Cooler

Couldn't find x1 stick 4GB DDR3 RAM so I replaced it with an HP Compaq DC5800 (doesn't POST but powers on) which includes flat case, 2.5GHz Dual-core CPU, x2 512mb PC2 RAM, PSU, 80 GB sata hard drive, motherboard, and DVD writer. I also included a stick of 2GB SO-DIMM PC2 RAM. Also worth mentioning, the person that took this fixes broken electronics.

Condition:

• Mobo broken. Was my daily driver but just stopped working when I cleaned PC way back when. Doesn't post, everything powers on just blank screen now. Replaced RAM and CPU but still no show. I suspect x3 caps as I noticed some leakage on back of board from those locations. I cleaned leakage with spirits but will make markings of suspect caps before letting it go. All other electronics look and smell fine. No bent pins. Could possibly be BIOS as well but I don't have EPROM BIOS flash tool to fix.
• RAM received "broken". Ex-owner complained that RAM didn't boot into Windows. I cleaned with spirits, installed, and it boots into Windows just fine.
• CPU received "working" but didn't test it myself to confirm.
• Cooler has a few bent fins and original fan is noisy but can be replaced with any generic 120mm fan.

Kinda what I did because I didn't receive other PIF just yet but it's on hold for me and I am certain I'm taking it. I don't see any obvious issues with it as long as you know you getting/taking this for sure. I might be wrong, though.

EDIT: And I understand that I only qualify to dibs again when either my PIF is collected or shipped/delivered.
