Tell me, so the the camera(s) feed to the base wirelessly ? Basically the only cable I will see is the power cable from base to plug ?

That's correct. And the LAN cable from the base station to the router

Can say this system is great, been using the same system with the 2 cameras for over 1.5 years now. As soon as it picks up anything I immediately get an alert (also configured pushover on this). The app on the phone is also awesome as you get options like geo-location which enables and disables cameras when you are at home etc.

Glws sir!

@haCid - since you have real world experience, how long do the batteries last?

I take it its not possible to continually record as the batteries probably won't last?

@xrapidx - i would say about 6-8 months, I only use them for alerting, i.e when someone enters my front door (so each morning and evening when i go to work and get home). I often log into the app to just view if everything is alright. Got one on the balcony, which picks up the birds lol. But constant streaming will def kill the batteries quickly. Just a side note, they can be integrated into IFTTT.

Kind regards

Great - thanks.

To OP - I'll see if I have some cash left after booking our holiday and get in touch.
