So I upgraded a few days ago and only got to Apex yesterday. Full Windows reinstall on new harddrive, windows updated and I believe all necessary drivers installed. I copied my old games folder into new origin game location, game did not redownload, I basically restored the old game.

I tried some fixes which required registry edits, something eventually led to origin giving me a message that origin is offline, had to delete all origin cache files. Anyone with suggestions what else I can try?

Ah yes that bullshit error.
This is/was a problem with Apex when it launched. I stopped playing so not sure if it's been fixed.

I have it on Xbox One X - I hit Level 50 last night (100G Achievement "YAAAAAAY") - BUT, I have only been champion thrice.

Firstly, playing with an Elite Controller, pretty epic and I set it up quite cool actually. Not sure if I just really suck at it.

Does anyone else on here play on console and what is their experience with it?

It's Saturday. The people we ran into today vs last night is well, night and day and the same thing last weekend.

I can't remember if it was last weekend or the weekend before that but we won 13 games. The real pro players only pop out once the sun goes down.

@Soul Assassin, its a good strategy to jump in game when it's easier and rack up the RP. Surely also satisfying to get some good wins and move away from lower toxic games, but is it a true representation of everyone's skill at the end of the day? When the dust settles and ranks stick, you should be duking it out with peers on the same level, why else have ranks?

Not saying you don't deserve your rank 😅, just not encouraging boosting, which some people might equate the above to.

Don't worry, I can still hang at night, Friday night we won 3 Platinum games in a row but Saturday morning we only won 2 in a row, got killed by a hacker and then won the next one.

But this morning we got on and the champion squad was two Diamond I and one Apex Predator, we got put into a higher lobby because I guess because not enough people were playing ranked at 10am on a Sunday morning and we got absolutely destroyed but once we reach Diamond we can play hard against better players without losing RP and get better ourselves.

Sidenote: there is nothing that fucks your team faster than the random being jumpmaster.

There is supposed to be an announcement today, I have a feeling they are adding solos and duos but the way they are doing it is making no fill available, so you can queue solo no fill and if enough people are in the queue it will be solo but if it takes too long it will start normally.

Just as an FYI, with the new system there were a few things not stable. Ran mem on XMP profile (still need to do some fine tuning on timings and speed), but once I upped my DRam voltage, 95% of the errors went away. I can actually play for a number of hours with no issues.

I'm so getting into Apex, it's become my main go to after I experienced so much CSGO salt the last month or so. Apex has 70% non salty randoms I queue with. Man it's so fun that it keeps evolving and so many different play styles as well as nearly unnoticeable lag

I just played a round where I landed on a Devotion and decided to keep it the whole game, after our first fight I had it full purple with the turbo, man that thing shreds, an Octane with gold armour got the drop on me while I was reloading, he almost broke my armour before I started to shoot back and he just instantly went up in a puff of dust once the Devotion kicked in.

I'm just a filthy casual, but I just got my second win and I might be getting addicted.

Also the concept of "paying" RP to join a ranked game is much more appealing than League of Legend's system.

We finally won a Diamond lobby after getting destroyed by countless Apex Predators because there aren't enough people in Diamond yet for pure Diamond lobbies, it's always a mix of Diamond and Apex Predator, one person that killed me had 2519RP, that's 3.5x more than me.
