Does it have to be a Ix range.

I’ve just found a pentium g3258 today that I got as a combo some time ago.

You can have it for free if it will work for you. I was told that it works but never had a board to test.

Thanks for the offer. I've got 4570 on the way to test with, on the slim chance the boards work (and it's only an out of date BIOS causing me head-scratching), I'll let you know
Unfortunately the G3258 off the bat is a Haswell Refresh chip.
