So, my mate bought this case and his Motherboard is not working properly so only the bottom PCIE slow works and using this slot, his graphics card doesn't fit.

He's bought a new case since and asked me to sell this for him.

Case was bought at the flea market so I don't know about warranties. He hasn't used it, he tried once but realized that it wasn't working for him.
