Unfortunately I don't think I've ever seen keyboards as small as 60% available locally. Aliexpress is probably your best bet if you can cope with waiting for shipping.
The usual online retailers do have 87%/TKL layouts (Corsair K63/5, Coolermaster Masterkeys S variants, Redragon K552/3 etc).

Searched high and low for my Anne Pro awhile back before going with Gearbest and Aramex Express Shippping. Took around 8 days to arrive and absolutely love the keyboard.
