The motherboard is a DFI LanParty but it's not working well - I'll rather give it away free with the CPU rather than try to sell it.

I'm actually looking for a 754 motherboard.. :/ My 754 motherboard packed up.. So the old pc is sitting with everything but a motherboard, and I can't seem to find one anywhere! O well..

You can get it free with the CPU - I'm just not too sure if the problem is with the mobo or ram - it's just too much of a hassle to check

What does it do? I might know where the problem lies.

It locks up in Windows after a while. I heard that I should run a memory tester as it should be either the memory or mobo ram slots, but I already have another system, so why bother?
The graphics card and Cpu are still up for grabs BTW.
