If it is a service that generates leads/income/profit on or off forum (traffic generated through the post on forum), then it would not be allowed without a Reseller Subscription due to advertising on the platform to generate that lead/business. Part of the Reseller rules are the following:
- If services are being offered.
- If we decide that you are using Carbonite as profit-making endeavour such as a business, however small it may be.
- If you would like to advertise for an outside company.
Please familiarize yourself with the
Member Rules to clarify the rest of the conditions of the Resellers rules & general guidelines described for the different tiers of Members & services offered by Carbonite. However, if you just want to proactively help other members out (offer them a free service) or simply have people follow you along for your journey that is fine (recent example
here, albeit a bit out of context as you offering support would generally entail you starting a thread and actively responding to questions there). However given your wording here "that I am opened for support if anyone wants to support me." I assume you intend to conduct business, which would require you to purchase a subscription.
