Afrihost High Ping overseas

Any Idea why would Afrihost latency to overseas be between 600ms - 1000ms ? When testing with Vodacom its perfect 200ms stable.

Testing with Diablo 3 where it hovers between 600-1000.

Local speed tests is fine.
