Looking for some advice on these inverters are these any good I am between this and a mercer trolly inverter

Rather go with a Victron Mulitplus and 100AH lithium battery and it'll be much cheaper. Can you provide you with some options if you are keen.

Have a few people that can vouch for the matchup I mentioned.

Between Mecer trolley and Ecoflow, most definitely Ecoflow.

Ecoflow is not cheap but worth the purchase in the 2nd gen with 5 year warranty and 3000 cycles and much more portable.

If you're at least slightly handy, I would highly suggest getting a seperate pure sin inverter and lithium battery. You can get much more battery capacity for less money, at the cost of a slightly less portable solution and connecting two cables yourself.

Have you got a link that you can show what you mean please?

I have an Older Ecoflow pro

Unit died within 6 weeks. It appears a firmware update bricked it. It was not user fixable. I(t had to go in.

They sent me a replacement within a reasonable time.

They replacement battery life is much worse. i.e the replacement batteries must have been noticeably worn.

This is not ideal, If you need this to do work. Also batteries are not replaceable.

positives
It is easy to charge and easy to carry around. Work well with my laptop and a few devices

Other
My freind has two of the larger ones. He is using it to feed his house via a change over. Took approx 3 hours to wire into db. R158 k total cost.

I was looking at the Delta as I'm renting and don't feel like improving other people's houses.

I see my unit has a floating neutral. This is something to consider when wiring the house.

Apparently a few of the Eco model have no earth. Not sure about the Delta
