Hi there,

I upgraded my account to a Reseller a couple days ago, and was wondering what the requirements are in order to receive a refund. I wasn't too sure that I wanted to get the subscription yet, as I am still in the process of finalizing my reselling business model - and have decided that it would be better if the money could get invested into something else (such as purchasing stock etc.) before I make a subscription purchase on your platform. I really hope that you understand where I am coming from, and are able to help me in regards to my issue.

Thank you so much. I used a guest account when purchasing the subscription, my transaction ID is 08U53198VG255391P. The name which was linked to the subscription was <readacted>. Here is a photo of the email which I received from PayPal.
