Hello I did fill out this form a few days ago explaining how I lost access to my 2fa codes/password. However i have not received confirmation or a reply yet so I'm writing again just to check if the request was received or perhaps this email is blocked, not sure. Anyway please can you confirm if this email was received, otherwise i will try contacting from a different email because simpleloin may be blocked? Thanks, Blanx.
