See images below, this is a feeler of a PIF, if it's not worth fixing I'll throw it away. It is old.

My wife is of the opinion that if it were our child, she would sell the child to Nigerians in order to buy a new TV.
Crazy stuff... GL!

Just FYI. The TV powers on and outputs sound but no display. I'm not a technician or anything but I am under the assumption its only the LCD panel that needs replacing.

Bwahahahaha 😂😂 I was debating and arguing with myself weather to PIF the kid or the TV

Claim from household insurance. If you have accidental cover, you're sorted

Note: they'll replace your TV, not your kid.

LCD panels aren't feasible to replace. Someone can maybe harvest the board, but other than that, it's useless.

I'd like to dibs it but I have dibsed something just yesterday [emoji1751].
If my yesterday's PIF is done and this is available, I'd like to take my chances with it.

Only on carb would you have to specify that its the tv and not the kid

So we have cut out all screen time for out son because it was the same mini tantrum every time we switched off the TV, and he could pull the thing off the TV stand if he decided that's what he wanted.

If you do go the insurance route you might want to hang onto the TV as they sometimes come and collect the broken stuff.

ooo... I had one of those. going to be hard to find the screen, mine broke in a similar way. Just Chucked it and bought a 2nd hand one.

So much win in this thread. Sorry OP :ROFLMAO:
Ironic that having kids is the best prophylactic ever.

*EDIT*
Who designed Peppa Pig and her family anyhow?
Show should be PG at least.

Yoh. There are more youtube ads on kids shows than any other. It kills me. Used to hear "uh oh" coming from the lounge, in increasing frequency which was cue to run and skip ad. What gets me is they even put ads on the "soothing sleep sounds for 1 hour put bebe to sleep no worries" videos.

Mine would not be for sale. :)
I can sweaten the deal by throwing in a 100Hz 47" LG LCD TV. Whatcha say? Can I have the kid? I'll collect! ;)
