Yes you should be able to add gpu as its oisted as optional on yhe link provided, but you might have issues that the psu doesnt have an pcie power cable

any bus powered GPU should be fine. Running this..... XFX Radeon RX 6400 SPEEDSTER SWFT105 RX-64XL4SFG2 4GB GDDR6 64-bit PCIe 4.0 Desktop Graphics Card - Wootware in one of these towers and my games run fine.
