Not that I have any skin in the game

But it's the seller's prerogative, as long as it's not being auctioned,to decide who to sell to - dibs or no. Also he might've had pm's or phonecalls even before you posted your reply were it first come first served

Afaik the Seller reserves the final right to sell to whoever they want (but only if they aren't auctioning and increasing their listed price)
It is more a community thing to honor the dibs

Either way I think I sent a pm before you Haha 😅
Was gonna say dibs first as well but had to message the seller to check if he didn't make a typo (for the price) in his thread lol

Anyways I don't wanna get accused of bullying or anything so if I am first like I believe and you are second I don't mind you taking it

But still think perhaps tone down a bit on the demanding, seller said he needs time to do a backup.

P.S. not gonna call names but I think there was a rare case where someone pressured a seller to refund the guy who bought an item because he believed it was rightfully his item because he called dibs on thread. I don't think that action was right and I believe others would agree

Apologies, not trying to pressure - just eager I guess [emoji28]
