4k GPU on a budget

Ballpark/Budget Amount: R700 or less

I know this is a long shot, but here goes anyway…
If anyone has a 1050, RX560, or something similar for R700 or less, please PM me.
So far, there's a guy willing to sell me a 1030 for R700 (already a good deal, I know)… I’m just checking if anyone has something better for the same price.
I’m looking to upgrade my HTPC to handle 4k, so I need a GPU that can comfortably do 4k over HDMI.
Like I said, i'm well aware that it's a long shot... just trying to squeeze out very last cent of value from a limited budget... i hope you can understand.
