No you cannot. I am also going to vuma and was told it cannot being used. Except if someone else here can confirm.

Can only be used on Openserve Fibre

I cannot be sure but I believe you only can on openserve fibre network because they run their lines differently. Read it somewhere but don't quote meh.

It is monthly, you can cancel it at any time - but once cancelled it is gone, with any accumulated rollover data...
