Hey Guys so my parents are thinking of selling this property for R1.45m and she needs some work it's a 4 bedroom house 2 bathrooms (one has a shower and toilet) the other one has a toilet and a bath, normal kitchen, 1tv room, 1 dining room, big lapa with a build in braai, and a splash pool that needs work, the garage was turned into to like an office, the drive way can hold 4 cars shade for 1 car, and there is AC in every room + tv room, every room has tiles no carpets PM me for more information
