I'm really frustrated with SimpleRick right now. We had plans for me to swing by yesterday, but he bailed last minute because of some appointment. We then agreed I'd come over today. He said he'd be back by 10 AM after another thing he had this morning. But, I've tried texting and calling him, and it's like he's just ghosting me. It's super annoying because we had this all planned out and now he's just not sticking to it.

tough, you had an agreement - the seller's feelings doesnt get into it. maybe it never even existed. there are other ways of handling the deal (like asking a senior member to facilitate)

giving a bad rating, because you had an agreement, so hopefully it protects other people being caught in the same.
