I got the cards from other carbies, 1 card has a fan replaced, the original was wobbly, so it is a black generic fan, as such the rpm for that fan cannot go to 0. I do not notice any sound with it in my case, so it is not a loud fan or anything, shall knock off 200 rand for that card if you wish to replace it with an oem fan
