Packaging: I'll put it in a box for you. Maybe throw in some bubble wrap, I'll see how I feel on the day.
Condition: Fully working. Just has some double sided tape glue on the underside which you can scrape off if it really bothers you.

Reason: Upgraded to Gigabit switch
Shipping: At your cost, but I mean if you're gonna spend money, it might as well be new, right?
