Support 2fa reset for a friend

I am posting on behalf of my friend @Mr.Greg (https://carbonite.co.za/index.php?members/mr-greg.51904/). He has lost his 2fa code and is unable to log in. Would you be able to reset his 2fa for him?

I know it is random that I am posting on behalf of someone else, but he is well aware of the rules around duplicate accounts and does not wish to infringe. Can you assist, please?

Your friend will have to log a support thread himself with the email he used to create the account with. He doesn't have to be logged in to make the support thread as stated here
