Support 2FA issues

Hi Support,

I have been afk for some time and am required to use 2FA on login, I either have never set it up or possibly did so with an old phone which I no longer have. Would it be possible to disable it so I can sort it out on my new mobile? I have tried a password reset but the 2FA persists. My email is peroynel@yahoo.com
