yeah caved finally ... only to itch again [emoji85]

note the R57995 is the retail price this morning from digital experience ... one user noted it's R43k at tafelberg on special ... not sure if that will carry Samsung's signature service with it !?

Just to provide some insight into the specials (not a price discussion), the 2019 range is about to drop.
So the prices have been slashed at most stores including Samsung themselves.
So the Tafelberg special is probably the same as what Samsung will charge as they have set the prices not the individual stores.
Not sure about the warranty though.
Just picked up a 65" Q6FN and it's glorious. Can only imagine what this looks like :D

for my eyes don't think it can get better than the Q9. the contrast between dark and light is surreal. it's OLED black level (tested HDR videos at night ... the dark portions feel like they literally off) but an OLED can not do the brights this TV can. 2000 nits is way brighter than one needs tbh. Shadow of the tomb Raider on the Xbox one X with HDR is breathtaking and for the first time I'd choose console gaming over PC gaming ... it really does make that difference

hence why the feeler and if it does sell will I buy the 75 version.
