Recently i have had 99% ram usage for some reason idk y... been using exactly the same programs same amount of workload as b4 havent installed anything new nor opened any other programs than the usual ones I open that normally takes around 40-60% of the 8gb i have now. But all of a sudden I get 99% out of the blue and my pc just stutters x.x but when i force restart it goes back to normal. MeH idk e.e so yeah. If any1 got good gaming ram 1600mhz+ pm me pls

It's not the ram. Your issues are software related.

Yeah its not your ram, but maybe its not that strange, my ram is at 7.4GB usage at the moment and I dont have too much going on, on my pc at the moment.

Search for resmon. It shows I currently am using 29% of my 8GB ram on my laptop. No need to download software for now. Just click on start, search.
