Been meaning to put these puppies into a short stroked RAID-0 array to see what they deliver.
I'm sure they would put my 1st gen SSD to shame, as one of these could almost do the job.

I ran a set on a Asus Deluxe OC Palm that has onboard SAS. Wasn't too bad, if I remember I got about 160mbps read with them. The controller wasn't all that great though and was only 3gbps:(

I would've been interested if they were 2.5" SAS, would go nicely in my 1950 Dell.
