Item Wanted: 2 x 1Gb or 2 x 2Gb DDR2 modules, PC4200(533mhz) or PC5300(667MHz), laptop is 667FSB so either speed is compatible. I'm good with 2Gb but 4Gb will be nice of course.

Desired Age: They'd be older than some members on Carbs, as long as it's working age is really not relevent

Should be okay. The board should accept it and simply run it at 667, which isn't much of a problem for me.
