Check on Takealot - there's a cheapie Ecco 32" floating around for R1400-odd.

I bought a few to replace CCTV monitors that got zapped by lightning in March. They work fine for the stated purpose.

I have a brand new sealed samsung 32" tv if you interested series5 N5003. Dot think its 1080p. Think its 720p

You can get 1080p 32" on TAL for around R2500, Samsung and TCL if I remember correctly.
Anything 2hnd will often be a good 10yrs old because that's when mass production of 1080p 32" ended and the monster 40"++++ screens hit the market.
