Depending how handy you are and how much spare time you have over weekends, you can wire up an inverter yourself to a new panel designed by an electrician. The electrician will then need to sign the COC after they inspect your work, and you can rewire the house circuits into your new panel...
I'll be honest, I haven't read through the entire thread. Have you checked the crank position sensor? I know on my Alfa 156 petrol it would start playing up when it got hot, and wouldn't start until it cooled down again. Does it do it more at lower/higher RPM? edit: sorry, I see you said below...
On some machines it gets set to a version of "fast boot" where it skips giving you the option to go to UEFI setup. There should be a way from Windows 10: How to Boot into UEFI Directly from Windows 10 - Make Tech Easier
Otherwise you could try press F11 to go through the boot menu instead.
Also, be aware that A320 chipset doesn't seem to support 3rd gen Ryzen for later upgrades (but should support something like the 3400G or a 2600), but most B450s should do. Do your research.
Just wondering why you don't go with something like this and this, and then trading out your RAM for DDR4? AM4's a much newer platform, and you then have a nice upgrade path should you choose later.
