See above, it's a very real medical condition and you'll actually find it under accessibility guidelines for many UI/UX design materials.
It is not and that statement isn't based in any scientific fact whatsoever. It's all very much pseudo science. Just turn down your brightness if you find it uncomfortable, no need to change the colour palate.
There is no evidence whatsoever that light mode even causes strain, never mind damage...
I couldn't find a section that relates specifically to the website itself so this was the next best option...doesn't help that I can't really see anything due to the crazy extreme dark mode.
Am I just missing a button? I did find customise but that only lets you change the background not the Theme.

You need on of those brush on a stick jobbies, if you don’t have a high pressure hose that is.

I’d say probably about every 2500km with a Meguiars washing product and two buckets and their fancy gloves.
Every other wash will usually wax it as well.
