Might be worth while to go for the non F 11400 cpu with an integrated gpu which is R500 more. That way you could save up for a proper gpu or wait for a good gpu deal here on carb and still have a fully functioning pc while you wait.
Having an integrated gpu is a great asset for troubleshooting...
If you are using this pc to game on, would there be a noticeable difference between what ram you choose? I am assuming you are going to game at 4k?

It's a toss up, some applications prefer bandwidth, others latency, ddr5 seems to have the edge though. Personally I would grab the Asrock taichi and the adata ddr5 5200 from wootware.
