Hi Gents..
So this is a bit of a simple post but I would like to get some Expert advice on the RAM upgrade before I purchase it.
I Have the a Z370XP SLI (rev. 1.0) MOBO paired with this i7 - 8700 (Non K) CPU
I want to upgrade to the following RAM.
I am not phased by RGBs etc., but would like to get the "Best" possible ram for my MOBO...
As far as I have seen these seem to be recommended the most.. I'm open to any other suggestions as well - would like to get dual 16Gig sticks so that I can get more in the future (64Gig) - Currently running quad 8Gig "Server" ram sticks..
Am I deurmekaar, or would these work..
A far as I see/understand the CPU is only rated for 2666Mhz, so 3200Mhz would be overkill without some tweaking?
but 3200Mhz is the only option available?
I mostly game on triple 27" 60Hz monitors so I'm not looking to run 2billion fps, but want to have something decent, as my current ram seems to be fading on me...
Also kind off aware that RAM does not affect FPS as much...
Your advice would be much appreciated.
