Hi guys,
I'm having a bit of an issue that I can't wrap my head around. Can anyone help?
So I bought a Samsung Note10+ on Carbonite - it's second hand. I was told its Cell C stock.
I used it happily for a year with no hassles, until I decided to port to Vodacom and I popped a Vodacom sim into my phone.
I realised that my phone is not detecting the Vodacom network - I am still able to use it by roaming on Telkom (I'm not sure exactly how that's working) but it's like Vodacom doesn't exist to my phone.
At first, I thought that the port wasn't completed properly, but I tested the sim in my wife's phone and it immediately connects to Vodacom.
If I try to scan for networks, it'll find all the networks except Vodacom.
Is the issue with my phone? And what is the issue?
I've tried everything short of a factory reset - I'd like to avoid that if possible
Please help
