Support Lost 2FA access, created new account

Hi there, I've lost access to my 2FA authentication for my original account:
everrezen
everrezen@gmail.com

I made a new account under the username using the same email address:
ever
e.verrezen@gmail.com

Reading through the rules I see having two accounts is not permissible, would it be possible to help me access the old account (everrezen) and deactivate the new (ever)
Or simply deactivate the old account (everrezen)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated :)

@everrezen I deleted the new account and disabled 2FA on your old account. I've also send a password reset on your old account.
