Support BAN APPEAL

Hi,

I was recently trying to get back onto my carbonite account to get a new GPU however, I noticed it was still linked to my old 2 factor authentication/phone number which I no longer have, I then proceeded to email on the contact us and explained my situation to which I go no response as a last resort I thought I might aswell just make a new account considering I couldn't get onto the old one, now I am available to log into this one however both this account and the other account are banned.

I could understand the banning of one accounts however both of them I cannot as I'm simply just trying to gain access to my old account.

I would greatly appreciate being unbanned.
