I've never actually lived in London, although I still have a flat in London that I rent out and can move to just if things take a turn for the worse in SA...The plot thickens.
You left London where you got lots of “free” stuff and came to this “S… H… of a place” and are still hoping for free.
In this part of the world, free normally means scam.
Can we see a copy of your id to verify your age. 🤣
Most of the free stuff I've had in SA have been from friends who have emigrated to other parts of the world. Also people advertise plants for free - it's just a case of needing to dig them out and cart them away. I've collected R1000s of plants including mature Aloes, Agaves and Yuccas. Also Clivias/Agapathus plants need to be thinned out every 7 years or so, which gives other gardeners the chance to sell, swap or even take for free.
Asking for IDs Confucius - methinks that you must be part of this ID for money scam!
