Carbie with a contact at VW?

Hey guys,

I just wanted to check if there are any carbies that have a contact at VW that can pull a vehicle's history for me?, If what I have read is correct some dealerships are no longer willing to supply this information to people.

Please let me know you're able to help, I will PM the VIN.
