Can you connect a network cable to the unit for high speed network connectivity?

It comes with a single USB port, no Ethernet. So am I using a USB to Ethernet adapter. Like this one: ORICO USB2.0 Fast Ethernet Network Adapter (UTJ-U2). Works great.
