Why was it sent for RMA?

Because after installing it I experienced system crashes.
Woot tested the card for a week and found 0 issues however so card was sent back.

Begs the question, if you sell it and the buyer has the same issue as you. Do you refund? Since the card has already gone through RMA and they found no defect.

This would be obvious yes, so if it crashes within a day of receiving provided the buyer did all the normal things like set pcie to run at 3.0 if using a riser, clean driver install etc.
If after a day and there is no crashes (seeing as the crashes happen on idle in my pc and these happen on the daily) then the buyer still has the full remainder of the warranty with Woot, so no real issue here as far as I can see.

I was also experiencing frequent crashes on a 5800X, until I adjusted the curve undervolt to a more reasonable value. Since then, no more crashes.

I have had crashes with 0 undervolt running entirely stock including xmp disabled as well with this card.
While with the 3070 I could run just about any stable OC I wanted as long as the CPU was happy with it it would work.
