Is this monitor worth it for a Series S? It looks like overkill but the price is tempting, especially for future proofing for later PCs or consoles.

Nice price for the specs, the other option is a Dell ips 1440p at 8k or so. Is the Dell worth 3k more? I don't think so. If you into the high end, Msi are coming up with a 240hz 4k 2nd gen QD-Oled panel. which looks killers. My guess is, it will cost around 20k + here in SA but if its in the ballpark I'd wait. It should be unveiled at CES soon. It's a good time for monitors.

If you do get it, just be careful of the Hdmi ports. I think this monitor supports hdmi 2.0. Not sure if the series S needs HDMI 2.1 for 120hz.
